Once you order, I will receive a notification and buy the shoe right away. After buying the shoe I will start to customize it as shown in photo and finish up 3-5 days. When the shoes are all finally done, they will be shipped to your house.

-As we make products made to order we do not offer any form of refunds or exchanges. This is because it would be very difficult for us to receive the product and sell it again.
